Programs

We offer one on one as well as group lessons for the following music lessons. One on one lessons may be for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Group lessons are for 60 minutes with minimum of two students. If there are insufficent number of students for group lessons at the time of enrollment, we will put the registrant on a waiting list.


Piano/Keyboard

We offer both classical and modern piano/keyboard lessons at all levels to students aged 4 to 104. Students taking classical piano lessons are encouraged to participate in the internationally recognized Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Examinations from London as they do offer a clear, structured framework against which students can measure their progress and achievements. Modern piano lessons include pop, improvisation,


Violin/Cello

Group or one on one lessons are available. Opportunities of playing solo or duet with piano available at recitals. We also have a limited number of violins (with bow and case) for rent/sale.


Guitar

Have fun while learning different styles including:

* Acoustic
* Classical
* Bass
* Electric
Private one on one/group class available (minimum 2 students in each class)


Saxophone/Flute

Learn to play these fantastic instruments through private one on one/group classes (minimum 2 students in each class).


Student/Adult Jazz Band

Led by professional musician, this combo meets weekly for rehearsals and learn classic jazz numbers. Participants are expected to have at least one year playing experience on their respective instruments before joining. There will be a recital for the band after about 3 months rehearsals.


Childrens' Choir (Age 6 to 12)

Learn to sing some folk/traditional songs and musical numbers, voice training and basic music theory in a friendly, supportive and group setting. Meets every Saturday afternoon for singing group focusing on Chinese songs and conducted in Chinese; and every Sunday afternoon for singing group focusing on English songs conducted in English. Ideal for children from 6 to 12.


Voice/Singing Lessons

Experience the joy of music making with the most expressive of all instruments, the human voice. Lessons begin with vocalizing and exercises designed to develop good posture, breathing, singing, diction and overall technique. Instruction is adapted to the individual needs of each student. Music Theory

Preparation for the ABRSM Grade 5 Examination passing of which is a pre-requisite for taking Grade 6 or above Practical ABRSM Exams for various instruments. Course ranges from 12 to 16 weeks. Private one on one and Group (no more than 4 students in each class) classes available.
